Refund/Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with welding hats fit, style or quality simply contact us within 15 days of receiving product. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving products. Please remember we will work with you on any size changes. There is no fee for replacement only the shipping costs. Hats must be returned unused and unwashed.

Again you must contact us within 15 days after receiving product if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us, will not be refunded.
