Bill: Our welder's hats all come with a standard 3" bill
Crown depth: You may choose between a 7" standard crown for a traditional fit or a 7 and 1/2" high crown for an over the ear fit.

Take a soft measuring tape. Measure above the eyebrows around your head just over the ears. The hat size will be on the same column in the chart.
